No difícil, pero diferente

Now when I tell you this week was something else, she was something else all right.

Flashback to Monday when we had to get the Vaccine for Dengue...I got done dirtyyyyyy. Woke up on Tuesday morning in a comp exchange with my ZL and had zero strength to my body and a raging headache. I was like bruh sick vaccine. But thankfully mommy didn't raise no Wuss, popped some pills and we worked all right. Now I may have had to close my eyes during some of the lessons because the lights were too bright and they hurt my head, but hey we were working and thats what's important.

Flashback to Wednesday, woke up with an even worse headache, ended up just taking some more pain killers...my área needed me. And then on Friday I woke up and didn't have a voice. I like lost my voice and was coughing a ton, you can just imagine trying to lead a discussion when every other word doesn't make a sound. It was quite the week let me tell you...

Then on Thursday we recieved this reference from YouTube and we pulled up to this guy's house and bro was like I need to get baptized, I need to change, were like ight bet bro, you married? He said nah, so we were like "get married", he said bet, and proceeded to reserve a spot to get married that night, and we put him on date the next day haha.

But on Saturday we had the baptisms of Nancy and Milagros. It was a journey not gonna lié, we helped Nancy stop smoking and it was pretty awesome, we had a ton of members pull up to the baptisms and they were all just so happy, myself included.

Oh ya and Saturday we left our keys in the apartment as we were leaving and I was like bruh were screwed. So I basically had to parcoure to the 3rd story of our house and climb threw our top window, it was pretty epic. Not gonna like almost slipped but we made it and im alive.

The big 1️⃣9️⃣‼️

Dangggg I'm really 19 out here, but thanks for all the bday wishes my bday was dummy lit

Oh ya I completely forgot this week we went through Hurricane Katrina. I kid you not it rained for 3 straight days this week. As a missionary, who doesn't just hate a good rainy day. The streets were absolutely flooded haha, I'm talking like lakes out here. A lot of people's houses got flooded I felt kinda bad. I dont know if I felt bad that their houses got flooded or was just annoyed nobody would let us in their house

Also we had zone conference this week and shoutout mom for sending me 4 packages of stuff haha. All them missionaries were jealous that my mom just loves me more than there moms

Also something I learned I love doing on the mission is bible bashing. I know it's bad but like I cant help it, its just hilarious. We talked to this one guy and he was talking about how we have the bible and that's it. There will never be more scriptures than the bible, and I looked at him and thought wow, lemme try something. So I asked him if he thought "he has a bible, and he doesn't need more bible" and he said exactly. I looked at him and just went "thank you for completing the prophesies of the book of mormon" then I gave him a card and walked away really happy

But this week was really fun. Prolly the first time in a few weeks that I found a lot of joy in the work. We got our friends Nancy and Anabel to church again, and Nancy stopped smoking, so they will be receiving a remission of their sins next week. Nancy even wished me a happy bday on sunday she's awesome. Vamo los milagros

That's all from Elder Clouse, good ole week of work

Trabajamos diligentemente

Ohhh wowwwww, I'm not gonna lie with you guys, this week was the hardest I've ever worked in my life it was crazy!

This week I feel like I have really seen the Lord's hand in my life. The start of the week was ROUGH im not gonna lié. Me and my comp talked to 100 different people on Tuesday and Wednesday and we had nothing. But God saw our efforts. Then just blessed us and absolute ton. We found this Mom and her kid on Thursday, slapped em both on date, brought em both to Church, and they were just so happy I loved it. Made all that work feel a little bit more rewarding

But oh my on Friday we had an appointment with them and we ended at like 8:30 at night, and we were about 20 blocks from our home, so we started walking and then it hit us... some crazy rainstorm came flying in and buckets of water were like dunking on us. So we had to run home haha 20 blocks in the pouring rain and I loved it, missionary work is kinda awesome haha

The struggles with the comp still continúe But I will say we are growing together. We may not be the closest of friends But we both have a desire to help people. That's what I've really learned, is that it doesn't matter what differences we have with people as long as we are doing the Lord's work and being obedient he will bless us!

Sorry I dont got too many funny stories, but my birthday is on sunday so I guess we will find out who truly loves me
Happy future St Patricks day.  Also just gonna through my Google photos there forgot I could do that

Back In The States........

I am indeed not back in the states, but I did get transferred from my beloved town of guti, and kinda crazy because my now comp, well his name is Elder Hernandez. You guys might think that name sounds familiar... because it is, he was my comp in the ccm and now we back together haha so now we really grinding

But I wanted to start off by saying how much I loved my other área. The members there were absolutely AWESOME and all the converts there are just amazing. I'm gonna miss all the people from there and being with Elder bigler, my old comp, was a vibe, but now we off to new a better things, and my New área is called La Florida A

Lets just say, im in the slums slums, we basically live in the middle of the slums, so it was a big transition for me. And when I got to my New área, I quickly realized my companion did not know how to get around the área at all, so I basically memorized the área in one day and started leading it the next day. Also I found out this area was basically kinda dead when I got here. No one progressing, but dwelling on that does no one any good, so we got straight to work and the lord blessed us WOW. We saw some crazy miracles, we contacted this family friday night and all 4 of them came to church on Sunday. It was kinda nuts and the lord is just blessing us a ton!

But ima be honest, before the transfer started I was praying a TON. I had already been with Elder hernandez in the ccm and I kinda struggled not gonna lié. But safe to say the Lord has been answering my prayers. I have learned to feel so much love for this kid, and even though I get annoyed easily, I just can't helped but love him. So I think were going to see some success this transfer

We boutta go crazy this transfer lets get ittttttt
