I am Getting Old

Last Monday we played some futbol, and wd played a lot, we played in a soccer field 11v11, I'm not gonna lie it was so fun, i was loving it....until I woke up on Tuesday. Never in my life did I think my body could be so sore in its life, this lasted literally until yesterday, I had to add an extra 20 minutes of stretching into my workout routine it was wild. I literally felt like my dad after played 1 game of basketball, so ya the body was going through it

But oh my we saw the CRAZIEST miracle ive seen on my mission. It was saturday afternoon, like 6 oclock and we decided to pass my this reference we recently got from facebook, her name was Gisela. We passed by and found her brother Sergio and got my boy committed to coming to church. Sunday morning we pass by and they were waiting for us, out left Sergio, his sister Gisela, and Gisela's daughter who's in a wheelchair. Never have I seen a family love church so much in my life. Then we made an appointment to pass by at night, we pass by and they got juice and homebread waiting for us. We proceeded to have the most spiritual L1 of my life and challenged them all to get baptized for the 6th of April and they all accepted! It was crazy!!! Now we just using the members aful to help them!!!

Another miracle is Abril, thats her name, her name is Abril. We found her mom a while back while clapping doors and her mom is a member and Abril is just the best. If i could explain Abril in the best way possible, shes 15 and shes basically an anime character, like literally. Every appointment we just spend 15 minutes choppin it up about anime and shes just the funniest person ever. Like she be doing this when something bad happens its so funny. Then on her baptism I kid you not she cannon balled into the pool and went all the way under it was so funny. The water was literally ice cold and she was just loving it. So I gotta give my bro Jared a shout out, because if I had never watched Attack on titan, who knows if she would be a member haha I love Abril!

I was sitting in my bed last night thinking, and ima be so depressed when my mission ends, this is literally the greatest time of my life!

The Trial of Your Faith

Wow this might have been one of the most exhausting weeks of my mission, lots of comp exchanges, lots of traveling, and lots of contacting haha

This week the APs called us and told us we were during a comp exchange so I had to head over to their area for the day which was about an hour away, then next the day after the comp exchange ended I came all the way back and started ANOTHER comp exchange with my dear Elder Paul (my old trainee) I missed that guy, were literally the same person, then after that day ended we did ANOTHER comp exchange with one of the DL's in our zone, by saturday night I was just absolutely gassed

Then to make news even worse, Abril, who was gonna get baptized yesterday, got sick, it was just so unfortunate ya know, God was really just testing/proving our faith

But you best believe Sunday morning God provided, we got 6 people to church, and some of them were straight miracles, shoutout the members in our ward, it felt as if I was living ether 12:6 for real, but I know that God always provides whenever we do our part, so honestly I'm happy with the week of work.

The Big 20

Hey All!

I love the primary birthday songs, bringin me memories, but yea im 20, last bday on the mish gotta make it good.This week, first week with the new comp bros a dawg, hes only got like 10 months on the mish kinda nutty and he straight outta new mexico, not gonna lie didnt know people lived there but hey

This week was something else, the good news was we got 2 of our friends to church and they are on date for next week, the sad news was we had like 20 people commit to coming to church and they didnt come, but hey thats how the mission works

Im trying to think of anything interesting that happened, a missionary almost ran away, I got cursed out by an old lady because I was messing with her super obnoxious dog jaja, my fault my b my b, but I was feeling a lot of joy in the work, sorry this emails kinda borimg, but thanks for all the bday wishes ima live this pday uppppp

A Cinderella Story

You have so many experiences on the mission that just make it impossible to doubt that this work is true. On tuesday morning me and my comp were riding around and we knocked on a door, a young couple walked out, the man looks at us and says "hold on" and proceeds to open up his garage at let us in. He said he had woke up and felt the need to talk to someone and we knocked on the door. During the entire lesson the young couple was telling us of their drug problem, how their kid had been taken away, and they were crying the whole time begging us for help, we taught them the gospel of jesus christ and it was such a tender moment to share with them, and they even told us they were married which surprised us even more, like this is God's work! We got them reading and praying but they slept through church, but something I love about this experience was it taught me that the gospel can and will change everyone who accepts it, your past doesn't need to be your future

We also had the baptisms of 2 of our friends, one is monserrat, who is the little sister of angelica (who got baptized last sunday), she is amazing, never seen someone who understands the book of mormon so well it was awesome, also Angelica told us she wants to go on a mission, also our friend Jose got baptized, he literally is reading the book of mormon cover to cover and had 0 doubts it was crazy. This work is true!

But all good times have to come to an end as they say, my dear elder harper is leaving me on Wednesday, im gonna stay in my area and im gonna be training a new zone leader, his names elder cutchens, straight from New Mexico👀, hes got about 8 months on the mission so ima be feelin real old this next transfer

I love the savior and his gospel, 3 transfers left of giving it my all

Reconfirming Truths

On Wednesday we had the privilege of going to the temple as a mish, i decided to take advantage of this opportunity to strengthen my testimony, one thought that I had was I wanted to strengthen or "reconfirm" my testimony of the prophet Joseph Smith, I found myself before being very repetitive in teachings and I wanted to make sure what I was teaching of him came from my heart and had power, i still can remember as I entered the Celestial Room and started my prayer, before even asking my question I felt a very powerful sensation of the spirit over my body, it was an experience that one can't forget, I know Joseph Smith was a prophet of God!

The mission has taught me many things that I will cherish for the rest of my life, that being said, 2 of the most powerful spiritual experiences I had came as we went to the temple, the temple as they say is a place where revelation comes "easy"! Its so true! How easy it is for God to talk to us when we decide to remain pure and come to his house! I truly love the temple

This week was another good week, back to back good weeks, on sunday after church we had the baptisms of angelica and Braulio! 2 people we had found en February and they progressed so easily! Then at night we had another baptism for our friend Noah! His whole family came, it was even raining during the baptism! It was a pretty cool experience

It rained this week, then it stopped, then it rained again, then rained again, peep the videos in google fotos, remind me never to come back to argentina in March, but hey we saw some pretty cool rainbows so that was epic but it means we have to wait a whole another year for jesus to comes

It's crazy that my time with Elder harper is coming to an end most likely next week, we've been together so long and I just love the man so much, but hey who knows maybe we go for a 3 peat
